Yves Younan

Yves Younan received a Master's in Computer Science from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a PhD in Computer Science from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. His PhD focused on efficient countermeasures against code injection attacks on programs written in C and C++. Yves was the lead native security researcher at DistriNet for 2 years. Currently he works as a Security Researcher in the BlackBerry Security business unit at Research In Motion, where he helps secure BlackBerry smartphones.
